Brightline Solar

Most solar companies will not show you this. We will.

Six steps, one licensed team, no surprises in between. The timings below are what we actually see across North Texas cities, not a best case.

A technician with a tablet in a driveway, pointing up at a homeowner's roof.
Step one happens in your driveway, not on a satellite map.
Two electricians in safety gear setting a solar panel into a roof rail.
Step four is the short one. One to two days on the roof.

Site assessment

We review your roof condition, its orientation, the shading it gets through the day, and twelve months of your actual electric bills. Not a rough estimate off a satellite photo.

About 45 minutes on site
02

Custom system design

Our team sizes a system to your real usage and produces permit-ready engineering plans, including the panel layout, the string design and the interconnection point.

3 to 5 business days
03

Permits and HOA approval

We file with your city and your HOA and handle the back-and-forth. This is the part that stalls most solar projects, and it is the part we do not hand to you.

2 to 6 weeks, city dependent
04

Installation

Licensed electricians mount the rails, set the array, run the conduit and tie into your panel. Same crew, start to finish, on your roof and not a subcontractor's.

1 to 2 days on site
05

Inspection and utility approval

The city inspects the install and your utility approves the interconnection. We meet the inspector, and we chase the utility so you are not on hold with them.

1 to 3 weeks
06

Activation

We flip the switch, walk you through your monitoring app, and show you what normal production looks like so you know when something is off.

Same day

Where projects usually go wrong

Nine times out of ten it is step three. A city queue moves slowly, or an HOA architectural committee meets monthly and the submission missed the agenda by two days. We file early, we track every submission by name, and we tell you the week it slips rather than the week you notice.

Start at step one.

The site assessment is free and takes about 45 minutes. You end it with a real number, whether or not you go ahead with us.
